- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
- The product should be in resalable condition
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Return Shipping Costs

- For all other returns (e.g., size issues or change of mind), return shipping charges may be applicable

We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve any damage or missing item claims quickly and efficiently.
